主要功能
 * 對水生植物、珊瑚、大型海藻樣品,或多孔板上的微藻樣品進行熒光成像測量
 * 測量程序包括熒光誘導曲線、快速光曲線、淬滅分析、暗弛豫分析等
 * 自定義感興趣的區域(AOI),數據無限獲取
 * 以個AOI(微藻)為對照,軟件自動計算其它所有AOI(有毒物質處理的微藻)的光合活性受抑制的比率
 * 光合橫向異質性的定量分析
 * 熒光圖像可導出為JPEG、PNG或TIFF格式

應用領域
微藻、大型海藻、珊瑚、水生植物的生理學研究,特別適于模式種的突變株快速篩選,以及大批量微藻樣品的毒理學研究。
 
MAXI-探頭可以與96孔板連用,進行微藻毒理學研究或微藻突變株篩選。
